We are a small supplier based in Leeds, Yorkshire, with over 60 years in the bathroom industry, primarily focusing on freestanding baths and shower trays. Over that time we have designed and manufactured our own products, imported complementary ranges, and assisted in the development of others. Our new range of shower trays represents the most unique and groundbreaking development in our history.
A New Standard
Traditional methods for shower tray manufacturing have always resulted in a multitude of possible issues — from discolourations, shrinkage, and distortion to warping and surface defects, to mention just a few. Our trays are produced using an innovative bulk molding process that eliminates all those problems at the factory while also delivering several new benefits previously not achievable
Key Features
The compound of the tray is made from a thermosetting polymer that, when subjected to immense pressure, forms the precise shape of the tray without any join lines and eliminates the need for additional reinforcing materials.
The unique honeycombed pattern on the reverse of the tray is not just for rigidity but also serves to reduce the weight of the tray by at least one third compared with the old-fashioned stone method, making handling, installation and transport considerably easier.
This strength from the tray's construction gives it the flexibility and durability to be cut down and adapted to fit any small or awkwardly shaped bathroom.
The easy-to-clean textured surface is highly scratch resistant, delivering long-lasting quality and performance, and is backed by a 5-year warranty for added peace of mind.
You also benefit from an anti-slip surface (BS 16165:2021 Annex C & UKSRG Guidelines Issue 6, 2024) that is hydro reflective, encouraging water to flow quickly toward the waste and preventing any unwanted pooling.
